Creative Education Network
Come and join our creative network. Hear more about our ongoing creative programmes, meet the PiCL team and the practitioners and educators we are working with. Our network is a blend of in-person meetings, online discussions and focussed CPD activities. The CPD activities are run by creative practitioners are delivering high quality, engaging activity tailored and responsive to the changing needs of young people and the educators working with them.

Creative Accessibility In Practice

Purpose
An evening for creative practitioners, educators and cultural organisations exploring what accessibility really means in creative practice.
Through discussion, case studies and shared experience, the session will explore how creative projects, environments and partnerships can better support neurodivergent children and young people, and how accessibility can be a starting point for creativity rather than an additional consideration.
Key Outcomes
Participants leave with:
Greater confidence discussing accessibility in creative settings
Examples of inclusive practice in action
Practical methods they can test in their own work
Better understanding of neurodivergent participation and experience
New connections across the Power Up network
